You have to ensure there is a comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment that details the fire safety provisions that are in the property. This is best carried out by a 3rd Party Accredited professional fire risk assessor.
A fire risk assessment report between 20 and 30 pages providing comprehensive and clear findings which are easy to understand. The findings are summarised in an Executive Summary and any Major Concerns are listed separately, an action plan is provided to assist you in planning the implementation of any measures required and a level of risk is identified. The report satisfies regulatory requirements and is acceptable for insurance purposes.
It is your duty to identify fire risks and hazards in your property, it is a legal requirement.
Note: As an example of a page that does well in google, please visit http://www.cstodd.co.uk/risk-assessment.html and also this page https://salvum.co.uk/fire-risk/ – there are others so you don’t have to start from a blank sheet, use this as a good start point for ideas. << comment to be deleted>>>
